The Clerk is the custodian of the City seal and of all documents pertaining to the City including meeting minutes, ordinances, resolutions, contracts and agreements. The City Clerk also administers oaths of office and publishes notices of public hearings, meetings, etc. The Clerk's office maintains voter registration files and conducts elections.
