Electronic Payments for Taxes, Water/Sewer and Park/Rec Fees

As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient, convenient service, the City of St Johns Treasurer
has partnered with Official Payments to offer payment of Property Taxes,
Personal Property Taxes, Water/Sewer bills and Park/Rec Fees over the internet.

American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa credit and debit cards, as well as Electronic
Checks are accepted.

Official Payments, the service provider, charges a convenience fee for payment processing.

To make a Tax payment by Credit/Debit Card or E Check click HERE - a 3% processing fee is charged by Official Payments.

To make a Water/Sewer bill payment by Credit/Debit Card or E Check click HERE - a $4.95 processing fee is charged by Official Payments on the first $500; an additional $4.95 will also be charged on bills totaling more than $500.

To make a Park & Rec Fee payment by Credit/Debit Card/E Check click HERE - Please call (989) 224-8944 to verify that sessions/classes are available before paying.  In addition, a registration form must be completed and submitted with a signature.

Taxes

Taxes are levied July 1 and December 1 of each year. Approximately 3500 tax bills are mailed each tax season.

The City Treasurer collects and distributes your property tax bill for the following entities:
